1. About Eki's Art
Eki's Art is an online store based in Auckland, New Zealand that creates and sells custom Pacific-inspired artwork. Our products may include custom designs, canvas prints, and downloadable digital artwork.

2. Orders
By placing an order with Eki's Art, you agree that:

All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders may not be cancelled once production or the design process has started.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity or incorrect information is suspected.

3. Custom Artwork
Custom artwork created by Eki's Art is designed specifically based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design details.

Minor revisions may be allowed during the design process.

Once the final design has been approved and delivered, the order is considered complete.

4. Digital Products
Upon purchase and delivery, the customer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, reproduce, print, and commercially use the digital artwork without restriction.
Customers may create and sell physical products, marketing materials, and other works incorporating the artwork.
However, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the original digital file purchased from Eki's Art as a standalone digital product.
Copyright in the original artwork remains with Eki's Art unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Physical Products
Physical items such as canvas prints will be produced and shipped after the order is confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on production time and shipping location. Eki's Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders.

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork created by Eki's Art remains the intellectual property of Eki's Art unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Downloads
Customers who purchase digital downloads are granted the rights outlined in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions. This includes the right to use, modify, reproduce, and commercially use the artwork, subject to any limitations specified at the time of purchase.

Physical Products and Canvas Prints
The purchase of a physical product, including canvas prints, does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer. Customers may not reproduce, copy, scan, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork or design without prior written permission from Eki's Art.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of artwork may result in legal action.
